British Values are intertwined with our school vision and values. We use every opportunity to promote British Values through RE and PSHE lessons, through assemblies and discussions. 

Through our Golden Rules and Behaviour Policy we teach the children about the rule of law, how to be a well mannered, well behaved citizen, how to care for others and look after property. 

We find simple ways to teach and help children understand democracy. Every child's voice maters and frequent opportunities to share their thinking and advocate for themselves are given across the school day. Children are taught the importance of democracy and individual liberty.
