Study of Peru
Fri 07 Jun 2024Last term, we were fortunate to have a visit from Valeria Espinoza a local lady, who comes from Peru. The children really enjoyed hearing about her life in Peru, and in turn Valeria was really impressed with the knowledge the children already had! We can’t thank Valeria enough for spending some time with us!

Fri 19 Apr 2024We were taught about where the thatch comes from and how it is harvested. We then learnt about how it is put and secured onto the roof. The children asked lots of really good questions and were fascinated by the process. We then looked at the well in the garden and the goldfish in the pond, which tied in nicely with the Paddington Story that we are working on this week.
